Some do. Some don’t. And whether it’s on Zillow has nothing to do with anything.

Often, it comes down to whether the agent will get paid. Generally, the buyer’s agent receives a share of the commission paid by the seller. In some FSBOs—to save the commission—the seller won’t pay any commission. That’s why some go FSBO in the first place. In other cases, the seller is willing to pay the portion of the commission that would go to the buyer’s agent. That’s sometimes stated in the ad or listing written by the seller.
